Pick-A-Pepper candy is all natural, hand made, gourmet chile flavored
hard candy.We
use only the best flavor oils, natural ingredients and real chiles to
give our candy natural coloring and big, bold flavor.
All
Pick-A-Pepper
candies are batch-made to order. We have no expensive candy
making machines or candy wrapping machines for which you need to pay.
Our hand measure and cook the ingredients, pour
out the candy, shape it, weight it, package it
and finally ship it to you.

candy lovers who prefer mild chile heat. Most people
will not even notice that the candy has any chile
flavoring at all. What everyone will notice is that
this candy is very strongly flavored. Whatever gourmet

Bites -- Our Star Bites candy is the best of
both worlds -- strongly flavored and packing real
chile heat. This chile-flavored candy gives you
a real chile tingle that lasts even after the candy is
gone. This medium chile heat candy is our best
seller.

Dots -- There is nothing bashful about this
candy! It is HOT, HOT, HOT. We only
recommend our Hot Dots to true chileheads who can take
the heat. And even though our candy has plenty
of chile flavoring and heat, we still manage to pack
in the candy flavor too! All of our candies are
strongly flavored. This chile-flavored candy
give you a real chile burn that lasts even after
the candy is gone.

Baja
Brittle -- Our Baja Brittle is a true
original with a distinctive taste that will keep you
coming back for more. It is a little sweet, a lot
savory and has a medium heat. Baja Brittle is packed
with salted Virginia redskin peanuts and real pieces
of candied jalapenos. This brittle can hold is own on
a sports lover's snack table and goes great with beer
or any cold beverage.

Time Brittle -- Our Party Time Peanuts have
become such a favorite that we decided to create a
brittle version. What a success! Just like the famous
Party Time Peanuts, our Party Time Brittle has a
medium heat and is salty-sweet with a cinnamon finish
and loaded with our big, meaty Virginia redskin
peanuts. Whether you're hosting a party or trying to
send that perfect gift, Party Time Brittle is always
right for every occasion.

Pineapple and Habanero Brittle --
Our sweetest and lightest brittle by far, the pineapple and
candied habanero flavors are wonderfully sweet and strong. We
cook this brittle to a medium amber to maintain its sweetness
and we include real pieces of candied habanero. This brittle
runs from mild+ to medium to hot depending on whether you bit
into any habanero and how much you got. We rate it Hot just to
be safe.
